Many people are caught in the trap of "TOXIC STRESS" and are living with the condition of "adrenal burnout" otherwise known as adrenal fatigue and are not able to achieve true happiness. Adrenal fatigue is a common and growing problem of modern life. Technically called “hypoadrenia”, adrenal fatigue has been one of our most prevalent yet rarely diagnosed conditions for the last fifty years. Recovery starts from making the right diagnosis and uncovering as many of the factors that caused it to occur. Major lifestyle changes are needed to recover from and prevent adrenal fatigue – changes in diet, tests to take and understand, attitude and relationship adjustments and lots of support.
