STEP 2  TRANSFORM

 

 

The TRANSFORM Post Reset Program gives you practice in transforming your life-style in “baby steps” to your new low glycemic and anti-inflammatory lifestyle. Work with your coach (and buddy*) via email and phone to set a customized program of

 

 

1.      Low Glycemic foods and meal planning

 

 

2.      Daily Physical Activity

 

 

3.      Cellular supplementation

 

 

The length of this step depends on your goals. You will work with your Conscious Body Method Coach to design a program for you
